Privacy notice

This private utility is operated for authorized account holders. For questions or retained-copy requests, use the private channel through which access was arranged.

Data accessed and why

When an account holder authorizes the integration, it can identify the account's email address and read Gmail messages and settings. Depending on the requested task, this may include message identifiers, headers, labels, message text and attachments. Only the mailbox explicitly selected for an authorized task should be accessed.

Processing and destinations

Composio manages the OAuth connection and performs authorized Gmail API requests. Authorized AI services may process the mail data needed to answer the operator's request. When the operator expressly requests saving a document, it may be saved to a designated private Google Drive destination. This notice does not mean that automatic copying or background scanning is enabled.

Use restrictions

Google user data is used for the authorized mailbox task. It is not sold, used for advertising, or made public by this integration. No permission is granted to use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are managed by Composio. The operator must protect access to the Composio project and its credentials. Service providers may retain request or security records according to their terms and account settings; this integration does not promise zero retention. Documents explicitly saved to Google Drive and task records remain subject to the operator's retention and access controls. Revoking a connection does not itself delete previously saved copies.

Revocation and deletion requests

Account holders may revoke access using Google Account connections settings and contact the operator to request removal of retained workflow copies. Removing a workflow copy does not delete the original email from Gmail.

This information website

This static website does not receive OAuth credentials or email contents. It contains no analytics scripts, forms or tracking pixels. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection records, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the website.
